Show your school spirit.... learn the alma mater!

When the strains of music begin, do you wonder what the words of the SJNMA school song
are? Wouldn't that be wonderful to join the boys in song during an assembly or gathering? We
wouldn't want to miss out on an opportunity to surprise our boys would we?

Amici usque ad finem" means "Friends through the end." The school song is called Amici and is
sung in English.

Our strong band can ne’er be broken
Formed at our old school,
Mem’ry linked with many a token
Holds with loving bonds.

Refrain:
Amici, Usque, ad Finem
Deep graven on each heart,
Shall be found unwav’ring true
When we from life shall part.

Mem’ry leaflets close shall twine
‘Round our hearts for aye,
And waft us back on life’s broad track
To pleasures long gone by.

Refrain

Our school life at best is passing
Gliding swiftly on,
Then let us prove in word and deed
Our love for our old school.

Refrain

School spirit can encourage everyone. Why do college songs sung get all the fun?
