Having trouble opening documents in ParentsWeb?

At last nights Parents Club Meeting I heard that several of you are having trouble opening attachments / files inside of ParentsWeb/RenWeb.  I struggled with this last year as well before I finally asked...so wanted to pass on this information. 

In order to open files /documents /attachments from ParentsWeb you need to using either Internet Explorer or Firefox as your browser. Google Chrome does NOT play nicely with RenWeb and documents will not open.   Try using either IE or Firefox and see if you have better luck.
