H. Proposed Sale of “Parents Club
Coins”/Water Bottles
·
Lori Kelley and John Rodas have researched
possible fundraising ideas for next SY. Polar Water bottles can be purchased
for $7 (sell for $10). We would receive a further 10% discount on purchase
price. These water bottles are insulated and would include the SJNMA logo. Also
researched “Parents Club” coins. These coins are challenge coins/memory coins
the size approximate size of a half-dollar. The coins would have an image from
SJNMA on one side and the SJNMA logo on the other. The images would be on a
brass coin and the images in colored enamel.
The cost of the coins would be $3.70 for 250 coins (sell for $7). An
additional discount would be available. Further approval the images would need
to be confirmed through Jamie Buege. Deb
Olson made a motion for further research on these items. Seconded by Lynette
Stowell.
