• Monday, August 25   Blessing of the Colors, Spiritual & Character Awards, and Formation of the 131st Corp

  • Location: Chapel and Parade Field
  • Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

• Parents and Guardians help kick off the beginning of the 131st SJNMA Corp of Cadets!  At 1 pm, there will be a chapel service dedicating the school year and Blessing of the Colors.  
• Immediately following the Blessing of the Colors, Spiritual & Character Awards from 4th quarter of previous school year will be presented.
• Cadets will then line up on the parade field for the Formation of the 131st Corp where cadets are placed into their respective Companies through ceremony.

• Tuesday, August 26  Academic Classes Begin 

• Monday, September 1 (Labor Day)  Academic Classes held

• Sunday, September 7  Founders Day Ceremony & Parade, Parents Club Meeting 

• Location: Parade Field
• Time: 1:45 PM - 3:00 PM
• Formal parade honoring the founder's of Academy. Parents/Guardians welcome.

• Location: Chapel
• Time: Immediately following Parade 
• Opening meeting of Parents Club.  Agenda coming soon

• Friday, September 12   Academic Star Ceremony

• Location: TBD
• Time: 3:45 PM - 4:30 PM
• Cadets earning academic awards for the 2nd semester of previous school year are recognized. Parents/Guardians welcome.
