The Excalibur - Outgoing and Energetic
Volunteers Needed to Acquire Item Donations
The Excalibur, an exciting SJNMA fundraiser
that features both a live and silent auction, is in need of at least two
or three dedicated volunteers to acquire item donations for its silent auction.
This would require face-to-face visits to ask for support of The Excalibur with
an item or cash donation. A list of businesses will be provided, but volunteers
are also welcome to visit other venues and use their own contacts.
We are in need
of 150-165 silent auction items/experiences with a high-perceived value in a
variety of categories – art; electronics/technology; fashion, body &
health; home décor; hotel & travel; services; sports, adventure & entertainment;
and wining, dining & gourmet food items. If you are able to help, contact

The event is on Saturday, April 25, and we are looking at having all items in
by April 1.
