Bring a Toy back from Thanksgiving Break! (Dec 2nd)

We have one more thing for you to pack when returning from your Thanksgiving travels!!!

SGT Adam Frame is our Band Company RFO.  He sent us an email earlier last week to request our help with a wonderful cause that is very important to him.  I will quote from his email:

"Before working at SJNMA I worked for some local radio stations for a while.  One of the really cool things about working in radio was we did a lot of charitable events.  My favorite is every year in December when we did a toy drive for Childrens Hospital of Milwaukee, WI.  Children's Hospital is a top 5 hospital in the USA.  We collected toys and money.  The money was used to buy toys.  All the toys were distributed to the children who were at the hospital during the Christmas season. It really meant a lot to me to bring some joy to children who have to spend Christmas in a hospital.  Some of the children have serious illnesses and are at the hospital long term and some have minor issues.  Either way to spend Christmas in a hospital is not ideal.
I ask you today if you would like to donate an unwrapped and unused toy to this cause.  Money is also accepted as I said that it will be used to buy toys.  You are absolutely under NO OBLIGATION to donate.  One of the benefits of being privileged enough to work here is having this wonderful network of parents.  This is something near and dear to my heart though and I ask for any help.  Christmas to me is always about giving and putting others first. The local sports radio 1250 is doing a week long drive for this cause "
If you wish to donate but do not plan to be bringing your cadet back to campus please send your donations to:
Adam Frame
1101 Genesee St.
Delafield, WI 53018
Checks can be made out to: Children's Hospital
For all families bringing their cadets back on Monday, December 2nd, we encourage you to bring a gift back with you.  May we suggest a game or book and not a stuffed animal. Parents Club will set up a box in the Command Post Atrium in DeKoven Hall to collect money and the unwrapped gifts for Sgt Adams.  Thank you for sharing in this special holiday tradition.
