Summer OPS Families Day

Do you have a cadet attending Summer OPS?  If so, don't forget to mark your calendars (and your families' calendars) to attend the Summer OPS Families Day on Saturday, July 19th.  This day is an absolute camera must!  If your cadet is being promoted, you can be involved in the promotion ceremony!  Help place your cadet's new 'boards' on his shoulders.  Be sure to bring your cadet's family and friends to help celebrate.

Here is the schedule:


Saturday, July 19th

• 9:00-9:30 am       Field of Flags                              Location:  Drill Field
• 9:30-11:30 am      Parent/Teacher Conferences       Location:  Classrooms
• 11:30-12:30 pm    Picnic Lunch                              Location:  Guard Path
• no charge for families & guests of Summer OPS cadet
• RSVP number attending to evanderheyden@sjnma.org or 262-646-7113

• 1:00 pm             Promotion Ceremony                  Location:  Chapel lawn
• Immediately following  Formal Parade                    Location:  Parade Field

• 2:00 pm              Leave Permits                              Location:  Barracks

  • Day permits to 9:00 pm or Overnight permits with Parents only until 6:00 pm Sunday.
  • Cadets must sign out with Parents in the barracks.
  • Cadets must be in good standing in order to be granted a leave permit.
